Today Tyler took the plunge at Lake Memphremagog to raise money for the Special Olympics. His team, teachers from NCUHS, was pretty small this year - only 4 teachers participated - but it was great fun to watch.

They each dressed in a different sports uniform: hockey, track, cross-country ski team.
Brrrr....
And they all went all the way under!
Tyler warmed up in the 150 degree tent and then we headed off to lunch and then to the ice shanty for some fishing. Tyler's college friends, Jason, Becky, and George are all here for the weekend... we've had a really nice time so far - now we are grilling and watching the Olympics.

bRRR! I liked the idea of a 150 degree tent!! Aimee, now that you are aclimated to the weather, next year you can do the Penquin Plunge too! That's the spirit Tyler!! Aimee, loved your Mountain Man rendevous idea. I bet the kids enjoyed learning outside!!
